Shipping Update

Please note due to an Italian Bank Holiday all orders placed after the 12 noon on 30th April 2014 will be dispatched on Friday 2nd May 2014.

Taxes and Duties

To ensure that the most accurate pricing for your order is displayed, once registered the currency will default to the most relevant one for you, based on the billing address you are registered with. If you are not registered, then the currency should change depending on your location.

Delivery Methods

For all the orders we use UPS and DHL, which are both trackable services to your door.

UPS tracking number is 18-character alphanumeric code, whilst DHL tracking number is 10-character numeric code.

For all Russian Orders we use EMS.

Delivery Address Options

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. All orders placed before 12pm GMT will be despatched the same working day.*

Due to recent changes of customs policies, shipments may experience possible delays, and may take up to 25 days to be delivered.

Returns Policy

We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item please contact customer services to obtain a Returns Number which must be included with your return. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

Moreover items should be returned in their original packaging: any packages returned damaged or in a poor condition will be automatically returned back to you on receipt and no refund will be made.
