Delivery Address Options
You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. All orders placed before 12pm GMT will be despatched the same working day.
Shipping To Russia
Please note: Customs authorities in Russia have recently tightened restrictions on import shipments to Russia. As a consequence, non-document shipments sent to private individuals now undergo extraordinary scrutiny leading to an increased number of customs holds and delays in delivery.

Currently we can only ship to business / company addresses in Moscow and St Petersburg.

Returns Policy
We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item please contact customer services to obtain a Returns Number which must be included with your return. All returns must be sent via registered mail or via Collect + in their original condition, to the address below.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Please ensure all footwear is returned with the shoe box in its original condition. We do not hold spare shoe boxes so any footwear packaging returned damaged or in a poor condition will be automatically returned back to you on receipt and no refund will be made.
