Mixes
The contents of this page are divided into two categories, the "live mix" series and the "store mix" series.
The "live mix" series consists of mixes and performances from the wide range of DJs who have played in the LN-CC club space, ranging from recordings of launch party events to impromptu sessions. All of the mixes in the "store mix" series are created exclusively for play in the LN-CC store and provide the space with a constant stream of background music. All of the artists who we approach for this series are given total freedom to create a sonic interpretation of the space that we have created.

Nick The Record
This is our second mix from internationally renowned DJ and record dealer Nick the Record. Nick hosted a week long, pop-up record store at LN-CC in December, and played this set in the LN-CC club space whilst in town.
2回目の登場となる、DJ兼レコードディーラー Nick the Record。今回は2011年12月に行った、彼によるポップアップストアのオープニングパーティーでのプレイを収録したものです。

Mickey Boyle
In addition to managing the sound systems for some of London's finest underground parties over the last 25 years, Mickey Boyle looks after our own system in the LN-CC store. Mickey is also a great DJ, with an incredibly in- depth knowledge of dub, reggae, soul, house and more. He joined us for this two part mix at the tail end of 2010.
過去25年間、数多くのロンドンのエキサイティングなアンダーグラウンド・パーティーでサウンドシステムを担当してきた Mickey Boyle は、LN-CCのクラブスペースのサウンドシステムも担当。

Chee Shimizu
Tokyo-based producer, DJ and owner of online record store Organic Music, Chee Shimizu has been pushing the boundaries of Japanese dance music culture for over a decade. Consistently ahead of the times, Chee was one of the first DJ's to introduce the sounds of electronic, leftfield disco to Japan, a genre that has subsequently grown to become a staple of Japanese DJ culture. For this mix, entitled "New Views", Chee showcases some of the ambient, folk and jazz elements that form the basis of the "Organic Music" sound.
東京をベースとするプロデューサー兼DJ、そして、オンライン・レコードストア Organic Music のオーナー Chee Shimizu は、10年以上もの間、日本のダンスミュージックカルチャーのレベルを押し上げていた人物。Chee は、エレクトロやレフトフィールド・ディスコのサウンドを日本に紹介した初のDJのひとりでもあります。その後、それらのジャンルは日本のDJカルチャーの中心へと成長を遂げています。

Seahawks
Jon Tye and Pete Fowler, aka Seahawks, made this mix for us to coincide with the release of their album Invisible Sunrise. When asked about the mix they said "This is one of the mixtapes we made and it's full of the kind of tracks that inspired the album. From the 70's to now, it's all there, a smooth yet diverse selection of some of our favourite tracks."
Jon Tye & Pete Fowler のUKデュオ Seahawks が、彼らのセカンドアルバム “Invisible Sunrise” のリリースにあわせてLN-CCのためにミックスを制作してくれました。ミックスについて尋ねると、彼らは “このミックスは私たちがつくったミックステープのひとつです。そして、これはアルバムにインスパイアを与えたトラックを詰め込んだものになります。70年代から現代まで、私たちのフェイバリットのトラックをそこかしこに入れたものです。” と、語ってくれました。

Lovefingers
ESP Institute label owner Andrew Hogge aka Lovefingers recently paid us a visit alongside Piers Harrison from ESP Institute artists' Soft Rocks. They played an entire night of beautiful, odd-ball, music in advance of the release of the debut Soft Rocks album, "The Curse of Soft Rocks"

5ive (Cos/mes) and Chida
Together, ENE Records owner Shinsuke Chida, and Tokyo-based producers COS/MES represent the forefront of the current Japanese electronic music scene. This two-part mix was recorded live at LN-CC when both Chida and 5ive (COS/MES) were in London for a brief promotional tour.
ENE records のオーナー CHIDA と東京をベースとするプロデューサー COS/MES は、東京のダンスミュージック・シーンの最前線に立つ人物。

Athens based DJ and owner of the A Journal of Curiosities blog Chris Kontos was kind enough to visit us and play a beautiful set in the LN-CC club space.

Dr Rob
Tokyo-based Rob Harris aka Dr. Rob created this mix specially for the LN-CC store. In addition to his frequent contribution to the brilliant testpressing.org Rob also runs a weekly radio show on Japanese radio station FM-Karuizawa.

A live mix from Amsterdam-based photographer, artist and record collector Jamie Tiller. Jamie is also a contributor to the excellent Noncollective.

Gatto Fritto
Ben Williams aka Gatto Fritto celebrated the release of his debut album on International Feel records with a launch party at LN-CC earlier this year. This mix is a one-hour except from his DJ set on the night, a dancefloor focussed selection that winds its way through Chicago House, Acid and Disco.

Golf Channel Recordings owner Phil South and label artist Ghost Note's Anton Esteban visited the UK earlier in 2011 to launch the Ghost Note II EP at LN-CC. This mix is a short except of the night's musical journey, with Phil and Anton DJ'ing back-to-back.
