Japanese brand Sunsea is borne of the same new-Tokyo movement that has spawned friends and contemporaries such as SASQUATCHfabrix and Unused. The Shapes, fabric and production on this stuff is incredible for such a young brand. Melton wool and cowhide leather is used throughout the collection with a crisp, clean sharpness that evokes the precision of Jil Sander, whilst the rawness of the double layer sweats and oversiszed knits is exemplary of the modern Tokyo movement.
