Styled in Stone Island’s AW '026-'027 pre-delivery and shot by Tom Mckean in an underground Watford warehouse, the genre-bending rapper is the latest to create a playlist for LN-CC's PLAY series.

Based in London, Jawnino has become known for incorporating his purposefully faceless lens into grime, infusing danceable production with a sense of unmatched stoicism. Releasing his first album 40 in 2024, he’s worked alongside the likes of SURF GANG, MIKE, and Woesum, and has demonstrated his pen to be ready for tracks of any BPM.

Exploring his view of the city through melancholic reportage, Jawnino details his life with a smoulderingly diaristic tone. His works are an invitation into his head, letting the listener build an idea of who he is without needing to see his face. With such a mask, you only get to see him how he wants you to see him.

Outfitted accordingly in hooded selects that add to the allure of mystery, Stone Island’s latest pieces match Jawnino’s temperament – cool and collected. Adorned in the brand’s Q100027 Slick Nylon Tela-TC, an understated kind of confidence is on display here, with an emphasis on classic shapes and layering above all. Largely unembellished, it’s a collection that lets its materials do the talking.
