After graduating from Central Saint Martins in the mid-90s, Stella McCartney went on to work at Chloé in Paris before establishing her own namesake line in 2001. Her famously wearable designs are defined by sharp tailoring that is accompanied by an androgynous aesthetic and soft feminine fits. Developing her signature sportswear-inspired pieces alongside elegant tailoring, the brand presents a modern vision of day-to-night womenswear with technically engineered fabrics. This season sees her paying tribute the her father’s career with ‘The Beatles’ inspired intarsias and playful prints, oversized silhouettes of ombré denim, the chunky trainer with accents of bold colours, as well as revisiting the contemporary Falabella vegan handbag.
