Blending the industrial with the natural and the organic with the man-made, functionality guides aesthetics in the pursuit of solution-driven innovation for Stone Island’s SS24 collection. Pushing fabric technology and experimentation harder than ever before, performance and utilitarianism take on a new guise with liquid-like metallic nylon and regenerated yarns and a range of sub-collections featuring: from the stealth of GHOST, the boldness of MARINA and the performance of STELLINA to the regenerative power of PANAMA TINTO TERRA. 

Few brands embody the spirit of innovation better than Stone Island. Positioned at the intersection of urban sportswear and technological experimentation, the Italian label has been an enduring icon of subculture since its inception in 1982. Revered by sports enthusiasts, musicians, and urban explorers alike, the brand's compass badge has become a symbol of independence and its signature technical fabrics have evolved into a uniform.

In collaboration with photographer Raphael Bliss, LN-CC takes a visual journey into otherworldly dimensions. Against the backdrop of an old RAF base with disused aircraft hangars, the scene is set for a 2000s sci-fi-inspired aesthetic. Stark flashes of light illuminate the garments, reflecting off the metallic fibres, to reveal an industrial space that radiates a new-world energy. 

Lightness is the theme of STONE ISLAND GHOST, with airy and lightweight monochromatic outerwear, rendered in breathable and waterproof canvas, as well as cotton fibres with a silk-like feel. Meanwhile, raw textures and archival details are central to STONE ISLAND MARINA, with a boldness that defines the line. Airbrush spray finishes, detachable elements and pigmented resins – washed for a worn effect – evoke a daring confidence and a yearning for adventure.  

The modular performance wardrobe of STONE ISLAND STELLINA continues to evolve, featuring raw edge detailing and matryoshka pocket systems in shades of black, white, dove grey, and lemon yellow. Shell jackets crafted from three-layer fabrics provide breathability, wind and water resistance, insulation and ease of movement. 

Introduced this season is STONE ISLAND PANAMA TINTO TERRA – a culmination of long-term research. This collection includes cargo pants, a hooded trench coat, a blouson, and a shirt jacket crafted from a woven fabric composed of 50% recycled cotton from its own production chain and 50% Lyocell derived from cellulose. The finished garments are dyed with natural mineral pigments to achieve a treated appearance, reflecting the result of two years of research and then two years of certification.
