FORM IN MOTION

PEU FORM is the latest footwear concept from Camper and Issey Miyake for Autumn Winter 2025. Inspired by the idea of a single piece of cloth, the shoe is soft, sculptural and free from rigidity. Unstructured leather wraps the foot like fabric, lightweight and responsive, designed to move naturally with the body.

To explore this vision, London-based creative Selina Dreijer captured a full day wearing PEU FORM, self-filming across parks, galleries and city streets. Her visual approach was instinctive, letting the shoe set the rhythm of her day.

"I spent the day walking through a garden, so movement felt natural and unforced," she says. "I focused on ease and how the shoes let me move freely without thinking too much about each step."

PEU FORM adapts to its surroundings. The leather softens like cloth, responding to pace and terrain. Selina noticed this immediately.

"Right away, I noticed how lightweight and flexible they were. They really moved with my feet. Super comfortable but still structured enough to feel considered."

That same sense of movement guided her styling.

"I styled them with relaxed silhouettes that matched the comfort of the shoe. I wanted the look to feel effortless and wearable. Something I could walk in all day without needing to change."

The design revealed itself through quiet moments.

"Walking between garden paths or sitting for a break. The shoes felt reliable and easy, especially when switching between standing, walking or just taking it slow."

Selina sees PEU FORM as part of a broader shift in everyday style.

"I think people are leaning more into comfort without wanting to sacrifice style. PEU FORM fits into that shift perfectly. Functional, wearable, but still visually refined."

This is footwear as cloth. Light, fluid and intuitively in motion.
