Mutado Pintado - Peasant Vitality Vol 1
Peasant Vitality marks their first vinyl release with a three track EP from Trans-Atlantic musician/vocalist Mutado Pintado, featuring:
“I Kill What I Eat” a bass driven dark electronic vocal track that was featured on Tom Robinson’s BBC6 Music’s best of the BBC Introducing show and has been championed by taste makers DJ Cherrystones and Gill Mills.
“PUSH“ a pounding 606 beat and heavy vocal that flirts with both Hip-Hop and experimental Electro with the signature twisted Pintado vocal and instrumental improvisations inspired by the cult classic movie “Black Devil Doll From Hell.”
“Patience The Wheel” is collaboration between composer/pianist Jonathan Dryden who has recorded/performed with everyone from David Byrne to Herbie Hancock and is a Waits esq whisky soaked tale of waking up in unknown places with unrecognizable faces. Featured on artist/photographer Alex Sebley’s short film “The Wood”
