Thank you for shopping with LN-CC, we hope that you are happy with your order. If, for some reason, you are not wholly satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns are free of charge.*

Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed and with all protective materials, LN-CC and brand tags intact and in place. This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards and dust bags. Items showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will returned to the customer at LN-CC’s discretion.

Briefs, Lingerie and Swimwear

Items should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective hygiene strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or tampered with.

Beauty, Grooming and Fragrance

We do not accept returns of any beauty, grooming or fragrance products including candles.


When trying on footwear, please wear clean socks and test the item on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles.

Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box for protection during transit. Failure to do so may result in damage to the box and the item will no longer be eligible for return.


In the event that your order is sent from different locations, it will arrive in separate delivery parcels and will need to be returned as such using the individual pre-paid label contained in each parcel.

Only one prepaid label is provided for orders sent in one parcel. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel.

Return shipments must be made using the same courier service as for the original delivery.

Returns outside the timeframe specified may be accepted at our discretion.

*Please note that to qualify for free returns, your order must be sent from the country to which it was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. While we can accept returns order sent from a different location, the import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense.

At LN-CC, we strive to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience. We regularly review our shopping and returns process, as well as the returns made by our customers. If we notice a high return rate on your account, we may decide to deactivate it at our discretion until we are able to understand more about what’s not working for you.
