RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with LN-CC. We hope you are happy with your order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
A €/$10 return fee will be applied by default to all returns for all customers. This fee does not apply to LN-CC loyalty members in the Chameleon Club (White, Silver, or Gold tiers), who continue to benefit from complimentary returns. Additional exclusions may apply depending on location or specific promotions.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all protective materials, LN-CC and brand tags intact. This includes original packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags. Items showing any signs of use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at our discretion.
Briefs, Lingerie and Swimwear
Items must be tried on over underwear without removing the protective hygiene strip. Returns will not be accepted if the strip has been removed or tampered with.
Beauty, Grooming and Fragrance
Returns are not accepted for any beauty, grooming, or fragrance products, including candles.
Footwear
Please wear clean socks and try on footwear on a carpeted surface to prevent damage to the soles.
Shoes must be returned in their original box, which should be placed inside a shipping box for protection during transit. Returns without the original shoe box or with damaged packaging may not be accepted.
Logistics
If your order is delivered in multiple parcels, each parcel must be returned separately using the individual pre-paid label provided. For single-parcel orders, all items must be returned in the same package using the single pre-paid label.
Return shipments must be made using the same courier service that was used for the original delivery.
Returns requested outside the specified timeframe may be accepted at our discretion.
International Returns
To qualify for free or reduced return fees, your return must be shipped from the same country to which your order was originally delivered. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Returns sent from a different country may still be accepted but import duties and shipping costs will be incurred at your own expense.
Frequent Returns
We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. As part of our regular service review, we monitor shopping and return activity. If a high return rate is identified on your account, it may be temporarily deactivated while we assess the issue and explore ways to improve your experience.
