This evening, LN-CC will open the doors of its l8te space for a special collaboration with Yohji Yamamoto, marking fifteen years of the London concept retailer. The activation celebrates a shared commitment to creativity, craft and cultural dialogue, bringing together two forces united by an enduring respect for design that challenges convention.

Curated in close collaboration with the Yohji Yamamoto team, the exhibition presents an iconic archive piece alongside key looks from the FW25 collection. Each item has been chosen for its ability to communicate Yohji Yamamoto’s language of form and emotion, where structure and imperfection coexist in quiet tension. Within the installation, these garments become part of a continuous narrative that explores identity, beauty and restraint through the lens of time.

LN-CC’s l8te space has been reimagined for the occasion as an immersive reflection of the designer’s world. The venue’s LED architecture will move through a custom light composition, shaping an atmosphere that evolves with the energy of the room. A Femme Faux Cul mannequin, neutral in stance, will frame the archive piece as a central character within a study of proportion and silhouette. The environment is designed to invite stillness, contemplation and discovery.

Tonight’s celebration will bring together LN-CC and Yohji Yamamoto’s extended creative communities across fashion, music, art and culture. Performances by Ydegirl and RIP Swirl will accompany the unveiling, setting a tone that reflects both the mood of the installation and the spirit of collaboration behind it. The evening will act as a meeting point for the network of artists, designers and thinkers who continue to influence and inspire both names.
