- When Austrian Michael Langeder and Venezeulan Bernardo Risquez first emerged under the Different Fountains banner, the Brussels-based production unit sought the relative safety of augmenting their own productions with remixes from Madteo and Karen Gwyer. It may be that the acclaim for Shrimp That Sleeps, last year's superb debut LP for Meakusma, has given Different Fountains a new sense of confidence and creative freedom.
