On Thursday evening, passion and purpose collided at the launch of the second and final instalment for ECCO.Kollektive x Kiko Kostadinov. Cocktails carefully conducted by Don Julio Tequila toasted to the collection that fuses a symphony of parts, unified by the hunger for innovation and retrofuturism whilst playing on the idea of technology as fantasy and its omnipresent allure in pop culture.

Laura and Deanna Fanning, the Australian-born sisters behind the collaboration and the creative masterminds of Kiko Kostadinov's womenswear line harnessed the ideologies of ECCO through design excellence and leather craftsmanship.

In their closing chapter of the union entitled "Hypatia", acquiring the name from the Neoplatonist philosopher, astronomer, and mathematician, the dynamic duo sought to disrupt and produce improvement to function by creating new standards. With a focus on curvilinear and space-age silhouettes, the leather-encompassing collection is unique through a neoteric mixture of sleek designs in moody colourways and captivating footwear with a wraparound moulding technique.

The collection was brought to life through an exclusive takeover held at the LN-CC's l8te space, transmitting the audience of London's best creatives into the alluring world of the innovators orchestrating the project. Campaign shots by Carlijn Jacobs and styled by Imruh Asha lined the high-octane area, while red spherical plinths with a gloss finish displayed various accessories, capturing the intergalactic inspiration.
