Vivienne Westwood rose to fame in the late 1970s, when her non-conformist designs helped shape the British Punk movement. Starting out creating clothes for her then-partner, and Sex Pistols manager, Malcolm McLaren’s King’s Road boutique in 1971, 10 years later she showed her first collection at London fashion week.
